An antique French silver plated Jardiniere. Circa mid to late 19th century. The fine, well crafted jardiniere consists of two parts. The inner removable part of the jardiniere with two handles is without decoration. The exterior part is adorned with complex figured decor, including a womans head on one side and a lions head on the other. Raised on high, figured legs modeled in the form of angels heads.
