A Russian Soviet propaganda poster. At the top, theres an illustration of three somber looking people with stylized features. Below them, the word Murderer!!! is prominently displayed. Further down, a caricature of a Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet wearing dark glasses and smoking a cigar. The bottom left credits the artist as V. Menshikov and the author of the verses as V.
